Main structure
• 45° Slant-Bed Lathe.
Lowering the center of gravity of the turret increases the stability of the machine and balances the cutting force and stability. The design of bed water flow direction structure makes the coolant gather at the lowest place and smooth chip discharge.
• Monobloc Meehanna Cast Iron (GB300).
Bed Stress relieved treatment, no deformation concerns, can increase the rigidity and stability of the machine. The weight of the bed and the thickness of the structure are sufficient to withstand heavy cutting loads.
• Programmable Tailstock.
• Using FANUC αP series wide-range spindle motor can provide high torque at low speed.
• Fanuc 0i-TF controller / 8.4” LCD.
Precision Hydraulic Turret
• Hydraulic Cam Type Turret. Precise and fast, high tool change precision.
• Tool-disc can be equipped with 8, 10, or 12 tools (optional).
Spindle
• The spindle uses high precision Angular contact ball bearing and roller bearings, which are suitable for high speed precision cutting and low speed heavy cutting. The spindle is highly stable in radial machining.
• The spindle motor is equipped with a high-torque motor to handle a wide range of machining conditions.
Collet Chuck
For continuous processing of large quantity of bars. Choose to match CL-42 collet chuck or CL-60 collet chuck with bar feeder to provide automatic and fast positioning of material changeover, reducing manual changeover time and increasing automation production efficiency.
X-Axis & Z-Axis
• Precision ground ball screws. C2 grade X-axis, C3 grade Z-axis with 24 mm/min rapid traverse. High load resistance, low thermal deformation. Improve machining efficiency and workpiece quality.
• Linear guideway using high rigidity three-row ball slide, increasing the contact area with the organization, increasing the whole rigidity by 30%.
• Less error in axial movement precision and improved machining quality.
Programmable Tailstock
• Spindleless tailstock design to avoid spindle fitting errors.
• Tailstock movement is programmed to match the machining operation, which makes the operation easier.
• MT#4 Morse Taper Live Center. Other types of centers may be available.
